Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and organised individual to help families access outstanding care at home while building strong relationships within the local community.
The Role
* Meet customers and families to discuss their care needs.
* Guide new customers through consultations and onboarding.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Build relationships with healthcare professionals, charities and local organisations.
* Develop referral networks and raise awareness of the service. This role is split approximately 50% customer experience and 50% community networking and new client generation . About You * Warm, personable and professional.
* Confident building relationships and meeting new people.
* Organised, proactive and self-motivated.
* Passionate about helping others and delivering excellent service. This isn't traditional sales - it's about building trust, creating connections and helping more people receive outstanding care. If you're a natural people person who wants to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!
