General Practice / Valuation Surveyor Required – £100k-£150k Package
Covering Leicester and parts of Derby, Coventry and Rugby

I am working with a well-known, national valuation firm that also covers a range of professional services.

With strong instruction, a very healthy pipeline of work and broad coverage across a number of sectors (providing excellent resilience against market pressures), my client is now seeking an experienced surveyor to undertake a diverse workload comprising:

• A low-volume, high-fee workload 
• Primarily long-form valuation with some commercial overlap – investment / development, HMO, BTL, MUFB etc.
• General Practice undertakings such as probate, expert witness and pre-purchase surveys
• Centred on Leicester with additional coverage of adjacent postcodes

This role requires an MRICS/FRICS accredited with VRS. This is a highly desirable employer for whom positions are rarely available and often only vacant through retirement or business growth 

In addition to a package worth up to £150k, the successful surveyor may be offered equity shares and further benefits once suitably embedded.
