Here at Pro-Recruitment Group we are growing and looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our boutique agency. We want you to be successful and happy as well as being supported by training and development programmes so you can have a clear progression path and build a career with us.

We are currently hiring on our Professional Services teams. We have established ourselves and one of the go to recruiters in this industry for Finance and Tax professionals.

As a business we have really adapted the way we work over the last few years and currently enjoy a fully hybrid working model (most are in the office 1 day per week, some more, some less) and the rest of the week WFH. Our markets are doing exceptionally well and are busier than ever. We have great leadership in place to support, develop and challenge you and are now looking for great people join us and start a successful career at Pro.

What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?

You will need to build key relationships with both new and existing clients, account managing, sourcing both active and passive candidates and managing the full recruitment process from end to end.

You will be recruiting for range of Finance and Accounting roles, at a Qualified level all the way up to the most senior end of the market. You be working with a range of clients from global household names, to more local smaller clients. As you are dealing with the qualified end of the market fees are generally higher than most, and you will really build a name and market for yourself within a niche specialism.

What are we looking for in a Recruitment Consultant?

You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates. When it comes to managing the recruitment process this is where you excel. You will need to have experience for managing multiple vacancies, proficient in taking client briefings and identifying the best candidates for each clients and role.
