Your Responsibilities May Include: * Supporting students in the classroom
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
* Working with small groups or individual pupils
* Supervising lessons in the teacher's absence
* Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour Ideal Candidate: * Graduate or university student
* Interested in pursuing a career in education
* Confident working with young people
* Adaptable and eager to learn
* Strong communication skills
