GSL Education is looking for motivated Aspiring Teachers to support schools in Sleaford . This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are considering a career in education and want to gain hands-on experience.

If you're currently studying or have recently graduated, this role allows you to step into schools, develop your confidence, and gain valuable insight into teaching.

About the Role:

You will gain experience across a range of positions including Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Tutor, and Exam Invigilator, helping you build a strong understanding of how schools operate.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

* Supporting students in the classroom
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
* Working with small groups or individual pupils
* Supervising lessons in the teacher's absence
* Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour

Ideal Candidate:

* Graduate or university student
* Interested in pursuing a career in education
* Confident working with young people
* Adaptable and eager to learn
* Strong communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
