Lead Cradle Operative/Supervisor Required!
RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Lead Cradle Operative/Supervisor to work for our client based in Canary Wharf, Greater London.
Duration: Project-Based
Start Date: 29/06/2026
Pay Rate: Up To £18.00 Per Hour - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
**We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!**
Job Roles:
- Lead and support cradle (BMU) operations on-site
- Assist with supervision of cradle teams
- Carry out façade restoration and cleaning works
- Support training and workflow organisation
- Maintain and uphold quality control standards
- Ensure safe working practices at height
Requirements:
- Strong cradle / BMU experience (essential)
- Confident working at height on a 32-storey building
- Ability to lead small teams / step into a supervisory role
- CSCS card required
