A leading multinational company based in Hertfordshire are seeking a new Group Tax Manager. Alongside taking complete ownership of the UK group’s affairs, you will be ensuring that the tax function operates efficiently, and remains UK tax compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring good practice of tax governance within the UK group
- Corporate tax compliance, vat compliance and employment tax compliance
- Providing tax advice on an international level on a variety of aspects such as incorporation overseas
- Leading a team of 2, to ensure the tax function runs as efficiently as possible
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA AND CTA qualified
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to quickly establish relationships in a fast-moving and progressive group
- An extrovert nature, easy relationship builder and desire to take on a number 1 role
