Customer Care Coordinator

The role

W e're looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Support team. You'll take ownership of the customer journey from the acknowledgement of a machine order through to the point the machine is ready for shipment, acting as the customer's main point of contact throughout.

Working closely with customers and teams across our global business, you'll provide proactive updates, coordinate key stages of the customer journey and ensure every interaction with ABG is professional, organised and delivers a consistently high standard of customer care.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the customer's main point of contact throughout the pre-delivery journey, building strong relationships and providing regular, proactive updates on the progress of their machine.
• Coordinating key stages of the machine build journey, working closely with Production and other internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information.
• Planning and coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), machine demonstrations and customer visits, including hosting customers on site and helping to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
• Coordinating customer documentation, pre-installation information and FAT actions, ensuring agreed actions and any changes affecting the customer are communicated clearly and promptly.
• Coordinating training visits and the formal handover of customer projects to the Service team, while contributing to continuous improvements in customer care processes and the overall customer experience.

Who we're looking for

You'll be an organised, confident and customer-focused individual with previous experience in a customer service, customer care or coordination role. You'll be comfortable taking ownership of customer requirements, managing multiple priorities and building strong customer relationships through phone, email and face-to-face communication.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different areas of the business.

Above all, you'll be proactive, adaptable and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey with ABG.
