Retail Security Officer - Tesco Loughborough Partnership

Pay: £13.72 per hour
Hours: Average 32 to 48 hours per week
Contract: Flexible (5 days out of 7)
Shifts: 8 to 10-hour shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday About the Role

Key Responsibilities * Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues
* Act as a visible deterrent against theft, anti-social behaviour, and criminal activity
* Conduct regular store patrols and security checks
* Respond professionally to incidents and security concerns
* Support loss prevention initiatives and stock protection measures
* Complete accurate reports and maintain incident records
* Liaise effectively with Tesco management and store colleagues
* Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence What We're Looking For * Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
* Own transport required
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional, confident, and reliable approach
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
* Good attention to detail
* Full flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 and 00:00, including weekends
* Full 5-year checkable employment history
