We're on the lookout for Print Room Operatives to join our client's team in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company within the automotive industry, offering long-term prospects and a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities as a Print Room Operative:
* Mixing inks to precise specifications for automotive printing processes
* Following formulas, batch instructions, and production schedules accurately
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure colour consistency and product standards are met
* Maintaining accurate records for traceability and process control
* Working closely with production teams to meet output targets
* Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with safety procedures Skills and Attributes Required: * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
* Willingness to learn technical processes, including colour matching and ink systems
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Practical and hands-on approach, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle materials safely
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards The Details: * Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm
* Based in Witney
* Long-term, temporary-to-permanent opportunity
* £13.41 per hour
