Warehouse Operative
Location: Midlothian, EH22 2NEPay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 week, with possible extension Pertemps are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy team in Midlothian on a temporary assignment. This is a hands-on role involving general warehouse and production duties. Please note that this position involves heavy lifting and manual handling. The Role
- Breaking down pallets and handling stock
- Recording and checking items accurately
- Storing products safely and efficiently
- Carrying out general warehouse duties
- Supporting production activities as required
- Loading, unloading and moving stock
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Following health and safety procedures
- Assisting with other duties as required
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Flexible approach to duties
