Candidate Profile
As a Commis Waiter/Waitress in the Library Bar , you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing attentive and personalised service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator with a hands-on approach, building strong rapport with guests and anticipating their needs. A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits and hospitality will enable you to confidently recommend, upsell and promote drinks and menu items through your knowledge and enthusiasm. As a team player, you will work closely with bartenders and colleagues to ensure smooth service and create memorable experiences for every guest who visits the bar.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment is essential and experience within a Michelin star restaurant is preferable
- Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Preferably excellent knowledge of wine & food pairing.
- Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service
- Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
