Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Plumbing (Permanent)
Location: London - MobileHours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hours per week: 40 hours
Rate: £21.50PH We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Plumbing Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London. Duties * Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance.
* Fault-find and repair commercial hot and cold water systems.
* Maintain pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, expansion vessels and TMVs.
* Carry out water hygiene duties, including temperature checks and flushing.
* Complete minor plumbing installations and remedial works.
* Complete job reports and update works using CAFM systems.
* Work safely in accordance with RAMS and Permit to Work procedures.
* Participate in an emergency call-out rota when required. Requirements * City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent Plumbing qualification.
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
* Minimum 3 years' commercial building services maintenance experience.
* Strong commercial plumbing and fault-finding experience.
* Experience with pumps, booster sets and pressurisation units.
* Water Hygiene / Legionella awareness.
* Experience using CAFM or mobile workforce systems.
* Good customer-facing and communication skills. Desirable: TMV certification, IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height and L8 training. Benefits * Company van, fuel card, tools, uniform and PPE.
