GSL Education is currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools across Harlow and the surrounding areas , including Multi-Academy Trusts and independent schools . We have a high demand for teachers, offering everything from daily supply to long term placements .

About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of school settings and year groups, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. This role offers great flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work, while gaining valuable experience in different school environments. What You'll Be Doing Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
Managing the classroom effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment
Ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task
Adapting to different schools, classes, and teaching styles
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
Providing feedback to the class teacher at the end of the day What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in primary schools
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach
Reliable, professional, and confident in new environments
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupils
