Hands-on experience maintaining planning tools (e.g., Airtable, spreadsheets, PSA tools) and establishing consistent definitions, governance, and data quality standards.
Ability to work cross-functionally with regional and functional leaders, facilitating prioritisation and allocation decisions with clear communication of trade-offs.
Comfort producing regular reporting on utilisation, capacity gaps, and forecast accuracy, and presenting insights in a clear, decision-ready way.
