• Ba/BSc (Hons) which includes QTS or ECT or NQT
• 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English, Maths and Science
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Experience managing or supporting SEN students
• UK school-based experience or equivalent
• Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills
