SAP Business One Functional Consultant — Greater London / Hybrid

Location: Greater London (hybrid — typically 2–3 days on client site or in the London office, with a comfortable commute from across the capital and Home Counties)

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 DOE + bonus + benefits

About the role:

We are working with a well-established SAP Business One implementation partner that is expanding its consulting team across the South East. This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP B1 Functional Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end implementations for ambitious mid-market clients, guiding them from initial blueprint through configuration, go-live and hypercare. You will be the trusted advisor who translates business processes into clean, well-configured SAP Business One solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead requirements-gathering workshops and process-mapping sessions, configure SAP Business One across core finance, sales, purchasing and logistics modules, and deliver user training and documentation. You will support data migration, testing and go-live activities, troubleshoot issues during hypercare, and work closely with technical developers on customisations, queries and Crystal Reports. Throughout, you will keep client communication clear and confident, managing expectations across multiple concurrent projects.

What We're Looking For:

You will bring hands-on SAP Business One implementation experience with strong functional knowledge across finance and logistics. Familiarity with Crystal Reports is expected, and exposure to the SAP Business One SDK, the B1if integration framework, SQL or SAP HANA will strengthen your application significantly — HANA experience in particular is highly valued in the current market. Sector experience in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution or retail is a strong advantage, as is a track record of owning full project lifecycles rather than only supporting live systems.
