- A well-established private client practice with around 30-40 tax professionals across Scotland, supported by a national network of specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
- A diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, agricultural businesses and family wealth structures.
- Significant investment in growing the private client advisory offering, creating opportunities to work on complex, commercially focused projects across Scotland.

The Role
- Lead a significant portfolio of private clients, providing strategic tax planning, complex advisory services and overseeing high-quality compliance delivery.
- Drive business development by strengthening existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and expanding a Top 10 Firm's private client advisory.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, supporting technical excellence and the progression of junior and senior colleagues.
