Three R's are recruiting a dedicated Year 5 Teacher for a full-time maternity cover placement at a Medway school, running from February through to July. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident primary teacher who enjoys working with upper KS2 pupils and is committed to delivering engaging lessons that support progress, independence and a positive approach to learning.
The ideal Year 5 Teacher will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
* Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
* Create a positive classroom environment with clear expectations
* Encourage independence, resilience and enthusiasm for learning
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils' development Year 5 Teacher requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar recognised in the UK
* Experience teaching within a primary school
* Strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum
* Effective classroom and behaviour management skills

Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro rata
