ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is a leading UK commercial law firm with an established Private Client practice advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, trustees and charities on a wide range of personal wealth matters. The team provides tailored advice across estate planning, wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, probate, estate administration and succession planning, helping clients protect, preserve and pass on their wealth. THE OPPORTUNITY
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, trustees and charities on a broad range of private client matters.
- Handle complex estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and estate administration matters.
- Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation.
- Support clients with succession planning, including business succession planning.
- Build long-term relationships by providing tailored advice that reflects clients' personal and commercial objectives.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a seamless service where matters require specialist input.
- Play an active role in the continued development of the Private Client practice.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- An established Private Client Partner.
- Extensive experience advising on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.
- Strong expertise in inheritance tax planning, wealth preservation and succession planning.
- A proven track record of advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, trustees and charities.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- STEP qualification or working at an equivalent level of expertise, would be advantageous.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client service.
