Business Teacher to join a highly successful and well-resourced department
Our client is looking for a Business Teacher to work within a highly regarded mixed secondary school in Swindon. The successful Business Teacher will be expected to teach across KS4 and KS5 , delivering GCSE and A-Level Business Studies. The department is well resourced and led by an approachable and supportive Head of Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing and innovative team with an excellent track record of academic success.

In 2023, 78% of students achieved grades 9–4 in English and Maths , while the Business Studies department achieved 83% of students at grades 9–5 .

Students regularly take part in national enterprise competitions, financial literacy challenges, and Young Enterprise initiatives. The school’s leadership team is highly supportive and places strong emphasis on professional development and teacher well-being.
Experience and Qualifications
• Business Teacher with the ability to teach at KS4–KS5
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE or equivalent)
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Business, finance, and enterprise
• Legal ability to work within the UK
