We are looking for reliable General Operatives to work within a busy concrete production and manufacturing environment in Brandon.
The role involves concrete production, heavy manual duties, general labouring and handling heavy materials. This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with heavy work and manual handling.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with concrete production and manufacturing processes
* Carrying out heavy manual handling and physically demanding duties
* General labouring within the production area
* Loading, unloading and moving heavy materials
* Handling concrete and other production materials
* Keeping the working area clean and organised
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting the wider production team with general duties About You We are looking for candidates who are: * Reliable and punctual
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
* Able to lift and move heavy materials safely
* Happy to carry out general labouring and production duties
* A good team player with a positive attitude
* Able to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
* Previous production, manufacturing, concrete or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential What We Offer * £12.71 per hour
* 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available
* 06:30 start
* Full-time, ongoing work
* Immediate starts available
