Assistant Manager / Manager - Private Client

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced trust and corporate professional to join a growing fiduciary services team. This role is suited to an individual who enjoys managing complex client relationships, overseeing a diverse portfolio of structures, and supporting the development of junior team members. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and administer a varied portfolio of trust and corporate structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisers.
• Oversee client reviews, governance requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate billing processes and support the achievement of team performance objectives.
• Review and implement legal, tax and professional advice where required.
• Monitor statutory deadlines and maintain accurate corporate records.
• Prepare management reports and contribute to team planning activities.
• Mentor, supervise and support junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and broaden service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to risk management, AML and compliance requirements.
• Provide support to senior leadership and deputise when required.

What You’ll Need

• At least 5 years’ experience within trust, corporate, fiduciary or financial services administration.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A relevant professional qualification, or progress towards one, such as STEP, CGI or equivalent.
