The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play an important role in the day-to-day success of the kitchen.

You will:

• Run your section confidently during prep and service
• Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
• Maintain excellent organisation and mise en place
• Support junior members of the brigade where required
• Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Contribute positively to the culture and standards of the kitchen

• Experience within quality fresh-food kitchens

The Package

• £32,000 base salary
• £10,000–£12,000 annual tronc
• Realistic OTE of £42,000–£44,000
• 4-day working week
• Christmas Day off

Accommodation is available if required:

• Studio accommodation available on site
