We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team, with deep expertise in Cisco and Meraki networking , Zscaler security , Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) , and Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimising our enterprise infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco and Meraki technologies .
• Administer and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure and seamless connectivity.
• Manage identity and access services using Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory), including conditional access, MFA, and SSO configurations.
• Provide advanced support and administration of the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.).
• Oversee and support Nutanix HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) , including configuration, storage provisioning, and cluster management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business and security requirements.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including network refreshes, cloud integrations, and systems migrations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Mentor junior team members and provide escalation-level support for complex infrastructure issues.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a similar technical role.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco IOS , Meraki dashboard , and associated LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi technologies.
• Strong understanding and experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA implementation and policy management.
• In-depth experience managing and securing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (including conditional access and hybrid identity models).
• Proficient in deploying and administering Nutanix (AHV, Prism, and storage management).
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VPN, VLAN, etc.) and enterprise firewall and proxy solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for infrastructure tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Desirable Certifications (One or more):

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or similar
• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or higher
