Workforce are recruiting experienced Extrusion Setters for an established manufacturing business in West Bromwich . We're specifically looking for people with hands-on Crosshead or Co-Extrusion experience , particularly those who have worked with wire coating, hose or pipe extrusion . There are multiple shift options available , so whether you're looking for long 12-hour day shifts or a Monday-Friday rotating pattern with enhanced pay, there's an option to suit you. PERMANENT DAYS - 6AM-6PM
Monday-Thursday 48 hours per week £14.00+ per hour DOE OR PERMANENT DAYS - 7AM-7PM

This is a genuine Setter position , so you must have previous experience setting and running extrusion production lines. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in: ✅ Crosshead extrusion
✅ Co-extrusion
✅ Wire coating
✅ Hose extrusion
✅ Pipe extrusion
✅ Setting up production lines
✅ Running and monitoring production
✅ Packing production lines Experience with the following materials is highly relevant: * PVC
* Polyurethane
* Megalon
