Stock Administrator (Temporary Ongoing)
Location: Redditch B98
Hours: 37.5 hrs - Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £14.00phr
Contract: Temporary Ongoing
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stock Administrator to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and previous stock control experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, processing stock movements, and supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse through effective inventory management. Experience using SAP is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Book stock in and out accurately using SAP.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data.
• Process goods receipts, stock transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Generate and maintain stock control reports.
• Liaise with warehouse, production, transport, and purchasing teams regarding stock availability.
• Ensure all stock transactions are processed in a timely manner.
• Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.
• Maintain filing systems and administrative records.
• Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Adminsitration role
Essential experience using SAP.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Experience working within a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is desirable.
