• Supporting business change and user adoption throughout project delivery.
• Preparing steering committee papers, executive updates and project reporting.
• Driving continuous improvement and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
• Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed governance frameworks and quality expectations. Initially, you'll focus on a major enterprise systems programme, before supporting a broader portfolio of transformation initiatives across the business. The Ideal Candidate

You'll be confident managing multiple stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and driving projects through to completion in a fast-paced environment. You'll have:

• Experience managing software implementations, upgrades or business change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk and budget management experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
