We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills and experience within HR. Working for a leading, supportive company with a great culture, we are recruiting an HR Advisor to join the team, supporting with a range of HR-related enquiries.
This is a great role for someone with previous HR experience who is looking to develop their skills and gain further experience. You will also be responsible for completing allocated HR tasks and ensuring all records are accurate and maintained, so a keen eye for detail is paramount.
You will also be responsible for using the CRM system to help ensure all learning and training records are kept up to date.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within HR or a strong interest in developing a career in HR. You will be confident communicating with a range of different stakeholders and be able to build effective working relationships.
Working towards a CIPD qualification would also be beneficial.
