What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months of recruitment experience – you know the basics, now it’s time to level up
• Confidence on the phone – you don’t let "no" stop you
• A winning mindset – you set goals and do what it takes to reach them
• Relationship-building skills – recruitment is about people, not just numbers
• A self-starter attitude – if you’re willing to push yourself, we’ll back you all the way

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and managing client relationships within education recruitment
• Placing top talent in schools and colleges across the UK
• Negotiating deals and closing placements to grow your desk
• Hitting targets – and reaping the rewards
• Driving innovation – we welcome fresh ideas and approaches

Where You’ll Be

Our office is in Aztec West , just off the M4/M5 interchange , making it easily accessible from Bristol and surrounding areas.
