Soft Fruit farm worker

Castleton Fruit is recruiting seasonal workers for our busy soft fruit farm in Aberdeenshire from June–October.
Applicants must:
• Have the legal Right to Work in the UK
• Have their own accommodation
• Have their own transport to travel to the farm independently
• Be physically fit and prepared for manual indoor and outdoor work
Job duties include:
• Picking strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, and blackberries
• General farm work and crop husbandry
• Pruning and planting soft fruit crops
• Tunnel work and maintenance
• Packing and packhouse duties
Work is carried out both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and involves bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks. Most farm work is paid on piecework basis, giving good earning potential for motivated workers.
Packhouse roles may include packing, quality control, dispatch, line loading, and label room duties.
We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who can work to quality standards and as part of a team. Previous farm or soft fruit experience is preferred.
