We are looking for an experienced Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to join a growing Tier 2 contractor delivering projects across the East Midlands.
Role
Manage the design process from preconstruction through to delivery across multiple regional projects. You will coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, working closely with commercial, preconstruction and site teams to ensure programme, buildability and compliance are achieved.
Requirements
- Proven experience working for a main contractor as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager
- Strong preconstruction and delivery experience
- Hands-on, proactive Tier 2 approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Desirable
- Experience delivering projects for the Department for Education
- Experience using Viewpoint
