The Project Manager will:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from design handover to final completion.
- Develop, maintain and monitor project programmes, milestones and KPIs.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Manage site operations in line with CDM regulations, health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Chair project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed deliverables.
- Conduct regular site visits, ensuring the smooth and compliant running of projects.
- Oversee procurement activities and supply chain engagement to support project delivery.
- Identify project risks, communicate potential delays and implement mitigation plans.
- Produce regular project reports for senior management on programme, cost and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project and operational activities.
