Retail Operations Intern

Temperley London has an exciting opening for a Retail Operations Intern to join the team in London for six months.

What the Retail Operations Intern will be doing…

Store, Stock & Inventory:

• Maintaining the store and stockrooms to the highest standard 
• Support with deliveries
• Carry out daily replenishment for the shop floor to ensure that sales are maximised at all times (each item is labelled appropriately and is pressed/steamed)
• Ensuring the effective movement of stock within the store and elsewhere
• Responsible for ad hoc stock-related operations in the store, maintaining the bathroom and front of house, etc
• Carry out stocktakes

Marketing, PR & Event Management:

• Supporting with all sample send-outs for VIP and editorial shoots.
• Assist in managing VIP and press appointments
• Marketing PR / Event management support as required
• Update Sample Tracker, ensuring pieces are called back
• Support in locating samples for E-Comm shoots
• Support with shoots and sample collections

What Temperley London is looking for:

• Sound working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use own initiative and be proactive.
• A good team player with a can-do attitude 
• Retail, marketing, or service industry experience is a plus
