We are seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner to manage complex cases and support social workers, helping to drive meaningful outcomes for children and families. * Support permanence planning through reunification, Special Guardianship Orders, Placement with Parents arrangements, long-term fostering, and adoption pathways.
* Lead on complex safeguarding matters, placement stability concerns, care proceedings, and risk management activities. Person Specification: Qualifications: * Social Work qualification (BA, BSc, MA or equivalent)
* Evidence of continuous professional development relevant to children's social care Registration & Compliance: * Registered with Social Work England (SWE) Experience: * Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience within Children's Services
* Significant experience working with children in care, care leavers, foster carers, and families
