Constellation Platinum is seeking reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porters to join our back-of-house team at The Garsington Opera.
We are looking for dedicated team players who can support busy kitchen operations and maintain high standards in a Fine Dinning environment.
Roles Available
• Kitchen Porters
Your Responsibilities
• Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness
• Operate dishwashers and manage cleaning cycles
• Support chefs with basic tasks
• Keep BOH areas organised, safe, and compliant
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous KP or BOH experience preferred
✅ Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
✅ Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
✅ Able to commit to 80% of the Below season dates
✅ Able to drive or arrange own transport to remote location – no public transport available
