Warehouse Operative
Summary
Working alongside an experienced team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our warehouse, ensuring stock is managed accurately, safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, friendly environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key.

Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Bicester, with a second storage warehouse nearby. Since fitting out our state-of-the-art clean rooms and manufacturing facility in 2019, we have continued to invest in our infrastructure to better serve our customers and enhance operational efficiency.
What will you do?
- Receive, check and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain stock records and carry out regular inventory checks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Support the wider production and logistics teams when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is useful (but not essential — training provided).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work methodically.
- Reliability and a proactive, “can-do” approach.
- Physically able to lift, move and organise stock.
- Team player who can work independently when required.
- Forklift licence is a bonus but not required.
