We’re looking for a Credit Card Support professional to join a busy and customer-focused team, supporting retail and corporate clients with applications, digital onboarding and credit card queries. You’ll handle customer enquiries, assist with transactions, direct debits and repayments, and complete day-to-day administration. The role will also involve reviewing ID&V, identifying high-risk factors and assisting with fraud and disputed transactions. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside an interest in financial crime and fraud risk. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential, making this a great opportunity to develop your career in financial services.
