The Role
You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative corporate team working on a broad range of matters including:
- Mergers & acquisitions (domestic and cross-border)
- Private equity and venture capital deals
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations
- Joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory
The team is involved in some of the most significant transactions in the Northern Irish market, offering exposure to complex, high-profile work from day one.
About You
- 3+ years PQE with strong experience in corporate law
- Solid transactional experience, particularly in M&A
- A commercial mindset and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
