The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic CRM & Email Marketing Assistant to join our Ecommerce & Digital team.
This is a hands-on role and an excellent opportunity for someone with around one to two years' marketing experience who wants to build a career in CRM and customer communications.
Working closely with our CRM Lead, you'll support the planning, creation and optimisation of email campaigns across both our B2B and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels throughout EMEA. You'll gain experience building customer journeys, analysing campaign performance and delivering engaging communications across some of the world's best-known fishing brands.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning, creation and scheduling of email campaigns across EMEA.
- Build and deliver campaigns within our CRM platform.
- Work with marketing teams across Europe to coordinate campaign content and translations.
- Help develop customer segmentation, automated journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and support continuous improvement through testing and optimisation.
- Collaborate with Digital, Brand Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams.
About You
You'll have:
- Around one to two years' marketing experience, with exposure to email marketing or CRM.
- Experience creating or scheduling email campaigns using an email marketing platform.
- Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for CRM, customer communications and digital marketing.
- Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify or other CRM systems would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
