Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with accounting and finance systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
- Lead and mentor the payroll team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Provide detailed payroll reports to senior management, highlighting trends and key performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with external payroll providers and ensure service levels are met.
- Handle escalated payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
