Christmas Sales Advisor

Love connecting with customers? Absolutely thrive in a team? Ready to join Rituals during the most festive time of year?

This might be the perfect seasonal job for you.

Join us during our busiest and most magical time of year. As our Christmas Temp, you'll work in a beautifully decorated boutique that's filled with holiday joy. You're doing much more than selling products or giving customers a quick 'hello' and 'goodbye'. You'll create what we call the Feel Good Experience: our way of making customers feel amazing during the most wonderful time of the year.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver the Feel Good Experience - welcome customers with our signature tea, help them find their favourite products or surprise them with something they never knew they needed.
• Hit sales targets - stay sharp on the numbers and challenge yourself with small victories, like perfecting a product story or turning more customers into members.
• Handle all the retail essentials - you run the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique looking sharp and stocked at all times.
• Be a brand ambassador - you care about how Rituals looks and feels (from creating beautiful displays to rocking the Rituals look yourself) because you understand that every detail matters for a luxury brand.

Your Benefits With Us

When your friends ask about your job at Rituals, you’ll definitely mention…

• Christmas Rootcamp: our onboarding programme where we teach you everything about working at Rituals during the holidays.
• Our famous, monthly Kick-Off (we ALL look forward to) where we check out new products, have workshops, evaluate numbers and make plans for the month ahead. Trust us, you'll love it.
• Employee discounts, goodie bags, gifts (warning: you might need more shelf space at home) and access to various wellbeing perks.
• Growth opportunities including The Book of Rituals (our learning platform) and coaching on the job to help you grow.

Bring all of you

Who We’re Looking For

Whether you're bouncing with energy, or you're more of the calm confident type - both work perfectly here. As long as you truly enjoy connecting with customers.

Maybe you're new to retail, maybe you already have some experience in the field. What matters is that you feel excited about working at a wellbeing and beauty brand.

You're caring and you've got a great eye for detail. With you around, the store is looking its best and customers are feeling their best.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
