An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Client Associate to join a highly regarded and growing private client team based in London.
This established team advises a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and international clients on a broad range of complex private client matters. With a strong cross-border focus, the role offers exposure to sophisticated international work across multiple jurisdictions, making it ideal for a lawyer seeking high-quality, varied instructions within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters. You will play an active role in business development, client relationship management and the ongoing growth of the practice, whilst also supporting and mentoring junior team members.

This established team advises a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and international clients on a broad range of complex private client matters. With a strong cross-border focus, the role offers exposure to sophisticated international work across multiple jurisdictions, making it ideal for a lawyer seeking high-quality, varied instructions within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters. You will play an active role in business development, client relationship management and the ongoing growth of the practice, whilst also supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a broad range of UK and international private client matters.
- Managing client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal advice.
- Developing and maintaining networks of clients, intermediaries and professional contacts.
- Supporting business development initiatives, networking events and thought leadership activities.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Minimum 3 years' PQE within Private Client.
- Strong experience advising on international private client matters.
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- Excellent client care, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supervising junior colleagues would be advantageous.
