Are you passionate about helping people grow, develop and achieve their potential? Do you thrive on building meaningful relationships and influencing others to deliver their very best?
We're looking for a Divisional Retail Trainer to join our Retail Training Delivery team, supporting stores across the Greater London division. Covering one of our largest and most diverse retail regions, you'll play a key role in developing the capability, confidence and performance of colleagues across a wide network of stores.
This is a highly visible, field-based role where no two days are the same. You'll travel across Greater London, working directly with store teams, Partners, People teams and support functions to help create exceptional experiences for both colleagues and customers.
As a Divisional Retail Trainer, you'll spend your time working closely with colleagues across your division to deliver engaging learning experiences that make a genuine difference to performance and behaviour. You'll facilitate a range of training programmes, workshops and development activities, both face-to-face and virtually, helping colleagues build the skills they need to succeed. Beyond delivering training, you'll be a trusted learning partner to the business. You'll work alongside Partners, Chairs, Regional Relationship Managers, In-Store Trainers and People teams to understand capability needs, identify opportunities for development and provide practical solutions that support business goals.
A typical week could see you delivering a development workshop to store managers, coaching an In-Store Trainer to build their confidence, supporting a new business opening, facilitating apprenticeship learning, attending divisional meetings, or partnering with local stakeholders to address specific performance challenges. You'll be out in the business, building relationships, understanding local priorities and ensuring learning initiatives translate into real results in stores. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, adapting their approach to different audiences and acting as a visible ambassador for learning and development across the division.
Success in this role comes from your ability to influence, coach and build trust. You'll be someone who can quickly establish credible relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and use those relationships to drive positive outcomes.
You'll bring experience of delivering engaging training and facilitation, along with strong coaching and consultancy skills. You'll be naturally curious, taking time to understand the challenges people face and helping them find practical ways to overcome them. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, comfortable working independently and motivated by seeing others develop and succeed.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider learning and development initiatives, work collaboratively with colleagues across Retail L&D and support key organisational priorities. In return, you'll be part of a team that is passionate about colleague development and committed to helping our people perform at their best.
Join us as a Divisional Retail Trainer and play a key role in helping our people grow, our stores succeed and our customers receive the exceptional experience they deserve across the Greater London division.
Applications close on 31 July. If you're excited by the opportunity to develop people, build strong stakeholder relationships and make a real impact across one of our most dynamic regions, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today.
