Hours of work: Earlies- Monday to Thursday: 5.40am to 1.50pm/ Friday: 5.40am to 11.30am, Lates- Monday to Thursday: 1.40pm to 9.50pm/ Friday: 11.20am to 5.10pm
Rate of Pay: £12.71ph increasing to £14.24ph after 12 full weeks work Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join our client in Dudley, a leading manufacturer within the plastics industry. This is a fast-paced hands-on role to help support within the production teams. - Assembling small components using basic techniques
- Checking finished parts against written specifications
- Learning and operating basic machine controls such as start/stop functions under supervision
- Packing and preparing finished products in line with specifications
- Operating small presses and fixtures to fit components and fixings
- Working flexibly across different production areas as required
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Option to be paid weekly or monthly
- Pay increase after qualifying period
- Ongoing support from our dedicated recruitment team
- On-site induction and full training provided
