- Checking brewing equipment is working correctly and reporting any maintenance issues
- Representing Restaurant Associates with pride and helping us maintain a positive brand image
- Following all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and company standards

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, personality and a genuine passion for great customer service.
You’ll ideally have:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build great relationships
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role

- The confidence to use your initiative and make decisions that put the customer first
- Hands-on experience using professional brewing equipment
- The ability to stay calm, organised and efficient when things get busy
- Excellent timekeeping and a reputation for being reliable and dependable
Why join us?
