We’re Hiring: Front of House Manager – Maternity Cover

I’m looking for an experienced and hands-on Front of House Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover , starting in September .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating an exceptional front-of-house experience and thrives in a busy, professional environment.

Location: Reading

Start: September

\n

⏳ Contract: 12-month maternity cover

\n

Hours: 45 hours per week, typically 8am–6pm

\n

Parking: On-site parking available

\n

Team: Managing a team of 9

\n

About the role

\n

You’ll be responsible for leading the Front of House operation ensuring a warm, professional and seamless experience for everyone who walks through the doors.

\n

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in Front of House or hospitality management
\n
• Ideally from a hotel background
\n
• Hands-on and happy to lead from the front
\n
• Passionate about delivering excellent reception and customer service
\n
• Confident managing, motivating and developing a team
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
\n
• Highly organised, professional and approachable
\n
