SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: PLYMOUTH

FULL TIME ROLE: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm. ]

We are in urgent need of a FULL TIME TEACHING ASSISTANTS to join a SEN school in PLYMOUTH.
This role is full time and it is ESSENTIAL to have a UK driving license and own car.
Due to the nature of these children at the school it is ideal for applicants to have previous experience in UK SEN schools/ alternative provisions/ transferable skills working with behavioural needs.
Responsibilities:
* Guide students as a Teaching Assistant, offering personalised guidance and support.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
* Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.
* Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement effective interventions to address behavior challenges and promote positive outcomes. Requirements: * Effective communication abilities to ensure clear interactions
* Applicants holding a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritised.
