Salary: £26,000 basic + £4,000 commission (OTE £30,000)
Hours: Full-time
Location: Fleet, hybrid after training period

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a growing and fast-paced organisation based in Fleet.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration, customer service or sales support who enjoys working in a busy environment. You’ll become part of a supportive and ambitious team, providing essential sales administration while helping to manage quotations, customer renewals and orders.

About the candidate
You’ll be a confident and personable individual with previous experience in administration, customer service or sales support. Highly organised and self-motivated, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach and excellent attention to detail. Good numerical skills are important, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
You’ll enjoy being part of a team, bring a positive and flexible approach to your work and be keen to learn and develop. Previous experience preparing quotations or working with a CRM system would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.

What you’ll do
Prepare and manage quotations, renewals and customer orders
Track orders from start to finish, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Maintain accurate information within the CRM system
Support the wider sales team with day-to-day administration and enquiries
