The Role

Person Specification
Qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a degree in Psychology or a related field
Proven experience teaching Psychology at A-Level (experience with IB or GCSE is also desirable)
Strong subject knowledge across a variety of psychological perspectives and research methodologies
Ability to inspire, challenge, and engage students with complex theoretical concepts
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to contributing to the wider school community, including Psychology societies or mentoring programs
