Key Responsibilities

• Teach high-impact Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC)

• Foster financial literacy, quantitative data analysis, market research, and strategic decision-making skills

• Manage and moderate internal assessment portfolios for vocational BTEC Business courses

• Support enterprise enrichment initiatives, such as Young Enterprise competitions and guest speaker events

• Assess, track, and report on student progress to ensure high examination and coursework outcomes

• Fulfill pastoral responsibilities as a Form Tutor, supporting pupil tracking and personal development

Candidate Requirements
